Poster-Sized Collage of Your Child's Art

My daughter draws and paints A LOT. At school and at home. With an overflowing folder of her art that is displayed temporarily on the refrigerator, I came up with this idea. A minimum of 66 drawings or paintings are required. I scan, resize and recolor if necessary (my daughter likes to draw in yellow which is very hard to see!) each piece of art. I then resize each drawing again into tile size (about 6 x 4 cm) and work each piece into the whole, keeping in mind composition of the entire image. It's a great gift for grandparents as well as a wonderful way to display your child's art in your home - my daughter is very proud of herself and shows everyone that comes into our home!
